From M&A to venture capital

I'm an investor at HSBC Ventures in London, where I focus on AI and Enterprise Software investments across Europe, the US, and Israel. I cover the full spectrum from Seed to pre-IPO.

Before moving to venture, I spent three years in HSBC's Investment Banking division on the M&A team. The transition from advisory to principal investing sharpened my ability to evaluate both the financial and technical merits of early-stage companies.

I'm a Chartered Accountant by training, which gives me a rigorous analytical foundation. I'm particularly drawn to founders building AI systems that solve real enterprise problems, not demos.
